NeutralInfoConfluence offers upscale yacht charter services, which include, but are not limited to:

• Yacht rentals for a single day
• Evening cruises
• Corporate outings
• Exclusive functions
• Extended charters over multiple days

Service availability is contingent on various factors and prevailing weather conditions. We retain the right to adjust or cease services whenever necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a yacht, requirements include:

• Being a minimum of 18 years in age
• Furnishing precise and complete information
• Executing the stipulated upfront deposit as mentioned in your booking confirmation
• Adherence to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is considered confirmed once payment is received and we send a written confirmation. We reserve the prerogative to deny service to any individual based on our judgment.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings are dependent on the availability of vessels and suitable meteorological conditions. We will endeavor to meet your requested scheduling preferences.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charges are presented in € and are inclusive of applicable levies, unless stated otherwise. Prices may be altered without advance notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A 50% payment of the total charter cost is required upon booking
• Final Payment: Due 48 hours before the departure of the charter
• Additional fees (if applicable): To be settled following the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. Secure, encrypted channels are used for processing payments.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus service charges
• 24-72 hours prior to departure: 50% return of funds
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No repayment

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the scenario where weather conditions are deemed risky by our ship's captain, we offer:

• A rescheduling of your voyage to an alternative date at no extra charge
• A complete refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

Should there be any mechanical difficulties with the vessel allocated to you, we will attempt to provide an appropriate replacement. Should no replacement be available, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Regulations

All patrons must:

• Comply with all directions provided by the crew
• Utilize safety gear as instructed
• Communicate any health conditions that could affect their safety
• Stay within the areas of the vessel that are designated

6.2 Prohibited Objects

The following articles are forbidden on board:

• Containers made of glass
• Prohibited substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Pets (except with prior authorization)

6.3 Behavior

Travelers are expected to behave in a mannerly and respectful way. We reserve the prerogative to end a trip prematurely without reimbursement if a passenger's behavior is deemed to pose a security threat or causes disruption to others.

7. Liability and Insurances

7.1 Company Responsibility

Our liability is limited exclusively to the cost paid for your charter and we are not accountable for:

• Physical harm stemming from negligence by passengers
• Theft or destruction of personal possessions
• Secondary, ensuing, or disciplinary damages
• Delays due to inclement weather or external factors beyond our control

7.2 Coverage Policies

Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained by us, covering both the vessels and our operations. Clients are liable for securing their own insurance for travel and personal effects.

7.3 Risk Acknowledgment

Engaging in our charter services signifies your acceptance of the elemental risks associated with maritime activities, and you undertake responsibility for your own safety and welfare.

8. Alterations and Itinerary Shifts

We reserve the authority to adjust itineraries, sailing courses, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operative necessities. We strive to offer suitable alternative experiences wherever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held accountable for any deferrals, cancellations, or alterations brought about by events outside our control, which include but are not restricted to:

• Extensive weather conditions
• Natural catastrophes
• Various governmental regulations
• Terminations of port operations
• Breakdowns of machinery

10. Privacy and Protection of Data

We handle your individual data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your use of our services equates to permission for the gathering and utilization of your details as outlined within our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The contents of our web platform, which include texts, visuals, emblems, and images, are under protection by laws of copyright and trademark. Duplicating, distributing, or creating works derived from the content is prohibited without direct approval from us.

12. Law Governance
